Information We Collect
Personally Identifiable Information
We may collect "personally identifiable information" from you such as your name, postal address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address. We will collect personally identifiable information from you when you actively give us the information such as when you enroll to become a Member, when you want to access the Site for the first time or otherwise communicate with the Site.
When you join the Program, or use other features on the Site, we request you to provide financial information such as account or credit card numbers. We will use your financial information to bill you for products and services or otherwise process your transactions. By enrolling as a Member or making a purchase on the Site, you consent to our providing your financial information to our service providers and to such third parties as we determine is necessary to process your transactions. These third parties may include the credit card companies and banking institutions used to process the transaction.
We may also provide survey questionnaires and track your online traffic patterns, benefit usage and preferences in a personally identifiable manner, in order to better service your Membership, personalize your service and develop additional benefits that may be of interest to you.
We may also collect demographic information that you provide to us, such as your zip code or income level. We use your demographic information to tailor the Site to you and for internal purposes.
Where appropriate, including but not limited to pages where we collect e-mail addresses, we place small files called "cookies" on your computer. In order to use this Site, you need to have cookies enabled on your browser. Many Internet services deliver cookies to people who visit their websites in order to make their services more convenient and personalized. When delivered, a cookie helps relate information we have in our database to your browser. Some of this information is that which you have specifically and knowingly provided to us. Other information relates to previous interactions you've had with our offers or activity you've had on our Site, on the sites of our third-party benefit providers, on the sites of the retailers linked through our Site or on the sites you visit before and after visiting our Site. For example, if you make a purchase on a retailer's site linked through this Site, a cookie helps us identify which transactions you've engaged in with that retailer helping us provide you with offers which may be of interest to you. In another example, if you click to view an offer, a cookie may help us suppress an offer that you've already seen. In other cases, you may have selected a cookie to allow automatic login from a particular machine, simplifying your use of the service. When visiting this Site, we may use a third-party service to place a session cookie on your machine to track the effectiveness of our marketing. In addition, we may use third-party advertising technology to serve advertisements on search engines and/or when you visit our Site and sites upon which we advertise. This technology uses information about your visits to this Site and the sites upon which we advertise to serve advertisements to you. In the course of serving our advertisements, a unique third-party cookie may be placed or recognized on your browser. We may also use Web beacons or tracking pixels, provided by our ad serving partner, to help manage our online advertising. These Web beacons or tracking pixels enable our ad server to recognize a browser's cookie when a browser visits this Site and to learn which advertisements or listings bring users to our Site.
This Site's Web server, and the Web servers of some third-party benefit providers, may automatically write files with, at minimum, the following information: your IP address, request type, file accessed, browser type, referring URL and access time. In some cases, log files may also be used to track other site usage and information about your Site session, including benefits used and purchases made. The information collected by our log files may be linked to your Personal Information.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We may collect "non-personally identifiable information" such as your Web site browsing patterns, IP address or demographic information. We collect non-personally identifiable information from you by passive means, often through the use of such cookies.

This Site is not intended for use by children. We will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information submitted by visitors to the Site who are under the age of 18. If we learn that a user is under the age of 18, we will attempt to remove any personally identifiable information associated with such user from our system and deactivate any Access Credentials associated with such user.
